KSGYR322M Three Axis Digital Gyro
Product Introduction
KSGYR322M series solid state angular rate sensor (gyro), used to measure angular rate. It uses micromechanoelectronic system (MEMS) technology chips, which are manufactured using bipolar metal oxide semiconductor (BIMOS) technology production process and spherical grid arrangement of current carrier welding technology. With high reliability and high package ruggedness, and with Self-Test (self-test) function, it can achieve in-machine detection (BIT).
Operating principle:
KSGYR322M series angular rate sensors work according to the principle of resonator gyro. Two polysilicon sensitive structures, each containing a high-frequency vibrating frame, which is driven electrostatically and resonates, form the necessary speed elements. The two outer ends of the frame form a capacitance-sensitive structure that is sensitive to the Coriolis motion generated at the angular rate and generates an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the amplifying stage and the modulating stage, thus output an electrical signal proportional to the angular rate.
